IV Vitamin Drips
Yes, IV vitamin therapy is generally considered safe when administered by trained professionals using sterile equipment. We conduct a health assessment before every treatment to ensure it's appropriate for you.
All our equipment is single-use and medical-grade. We use pharmaceutical-quality vitamins and minerals from reputable suppliers. However, as with any procedure involving needles, there are some minor risks which we'll discuss during your consultation.
Most people feel just a small pinch when the IV is inserted—similar to having blood taken. Once the drip is in place, you shouldn't feel any pain during the treatment.
Some people feel a cool sensation as the fluid enters, which is completely normal. If you're nervous about needles, let us know and we can take extra care to make you comfortable.
Most treatments take between 30-60 minutes, depending on the type of drip. Your first visit will be slightly longer (add about 10-15 minutes) as we'll conduct a consultation before your treatment.
You're welcome to relax, read, or use your phone during the treatment. Many clients find it a nice opportunity to take a break from their busy day.
Results vary between individuals. Some people feel an energy boost within hours of their treatment. Others notice improvements over the following days.
For treatments like the Collagen Drip, visible results may take several sessions as the effects are cumulative. We recommend a course of treatments for optimal results with skin-focused drips.
This depends on your individual needs and goals. For general wellness, many clients have a drip once every 2-4 weeks. For specific goals like skin improvement with collagen, weekly sessions for a period may be recommended.
We'll discuss a recommended schedule during your consultation based on your wellness goals. There's no pressure to commit to regular sessions—many clients simply book when they feel they need a boost.
We do not offer IV vitamin therapy to pregnant or breastfeeding women as a precaution. While many vitamins are safe during pregnancy, the high doses used in IV therapy haven't been sufficiently studied in pregnant individuals.
If you're trying to conceive, pregnant, or breastfeeding, please consult your GP or midwife for advice on appropriate vitamin supplementation.

We understand plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. You can reschedule easily through the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
We recommend eating a light meal before your appointment—don't come on an empty stomach. Stay well hydrated in the hours leading up to your treatment as this can make the IV insertion easier.
Wear comfortable clothing with sleeves that can be easily rolled up above the elbow. Complete the health questionnaire sent to you before your appointment.
Blood Tests
Blood tests are simple and quick. A small sample is taken from your arm using a sterile needle, which typically takes just a few minutes. The sample is then sent to our accredited partner laboratory for analysis.
Results are usually returned within 2-5 working days, depending on the tests requested. You'll receive a clear, easy-to-understand results report.
For most blood tests, fasting is recommended for the most accurate results. This typically means not eating or drinking anything except water for 8-12 hours before your appointment.
When you book, we'll let you know whether fasting is required for your specific tests. Morning appointments are often best for fasting tests.
If you're new to blood testing, our Standard Screen is a great starting point. It covers 50+ biomarkers including full blood count, liver and kidney function, cholesterol, thyroid, and key vitamins.
If you have specific concerns—like fatigue, hormonal issues, or fitness goals—we have specialised panels designed for those needs. Check our blood tests page or contact us for guidance.
Most blood test results are returned within 2-5 working days. Some specialised tests or genetic panels may take longer—up to 2-3 weeks in some cases.
We'll let you know the expected turnaround time when you book. Results are sent securely via email with a clear breakdown of your biomarkers.
Yes! Your results come with clear explanations of what each biomarker means and whether your levels fall within the normal range. We avoid confusing medical jargon.
If you'd like to discuss your results in more detail or have questions about what to do next, we're happy to help or can recommend you speak with your GP for clinical interpretation.
Absolutely! This is one of the best reasons to get tested. Rather than guessing what your body needs, a blood test can reveal specific deficiencies like low vitamin D, iron, or B12.
