Vitamin Drip Therapy Ltd provides IV vitamin drip treatments at our clinic in Pride Park, Derby. Our treatments are wellness services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Eligibility and Health Requirements

You must meet the following requirements to receive our treatments:

• Complete our health questionnaire honestly and accurately
• Disclose all relevant medical conditions and medications

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may not be suitable for your individual health circumstances.

4. Booking and Cancellation

• Appointments can be booked through our Calendly system or by contacting us directly.
• We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if necessary.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept various payment methods as displayed at our clinic. Prices are subject to change; the price at the time of booking will be honoured.

IV vitamin therapy is a wellness treatment and does not replace medical care.

• Our staff are trained in IV therapy but are not doctors
